The MID-IR-2 laser module is a frequency-doubled sealed carbon dioxide laser that provides output between 4.6 and 5.4 µm. At 4.6 µm, the laser emits up to 2-W average power at a 100-kHz pulse-repetition frequency, with pulsewidths shorter than 15 ns or less than 100 mW of CW power.
