(Tustin, CA) to supply nuclear-medicine imaging systems to military hospitals worldwide. The contract, projected to total $30 million annually, allows Department of Defense and other federal hospitals to purchase equipment directly from Toshiba. The equipment can range from a dual-detector variable-angle gamma camera that allows whole-body emission tomography to a digital gamma camera with a rectangular detector or fixed dual opposing rectangular detectors.
