The Retiga E9 scientific camera features a 9 Mpixel CMOS sensor.

The Retiga E9 camera captures exposures up to 60 minutes. With a 9 Mpixel CMOS sensor, it offers 90% quantum efficiency, a 3.76 µm square pixel, dynamic range of 82 dB, and 0.001 e-/p/s dark current. It is designed for imaging low-light signals for extended time periods in gel documentation, DNA/ RNA sequencing, qPCR, fluorescence/phosphorescence imaging, and general microscopy.
