The Atlas 10 ATX081S-UC 10GigE PoE+ UV camera, equipped with a high UV sensitivity 8.1 Mpixel Sony IMX487 global shutter CMOS sensor, captures images in the 200–400 nm range. It is suited for industrial applications requiring precision in transparent materials (plastic and PET), semiconductor pattern defect inspection, and material sorting.
