Intelligent multicamera system is designed for vaccine bottle quality control
VialChecker is an all-in-one inspection system for automatic dimensional and surface inspection of vaccine vials. Dimensions are checked with an accuracy to 0.01 mm by the company’s VialChecker Geometry, and its VialChecker Cosmetic checks the surface of each individual bottle for flawlessness. A system supports three to eight cameras and intelligent software enables fault description analysis and classification.
