The Owl 640T InGaAs-based camera provides 640 × 512 resolution and a 10 × 10 µm pixel pitch. With a ½ in./VGA sensor, it offers VIS-SWIR response, less than 50 e- readout noise, and an intra-scene dynamic range of 69 dB. It is suited for integration into EO systems, beam profiling applications, and wafer inspection systems.
