The Hydra 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) CMOS image sensor is tailored for 3D detection and distance measurement. It features an on-chip HDR and a 10 µm three-tap cutting-edge pixel, designed with proprietary CMOS technology. Incorporating a resolution of 832 × 600 pixels, transfer times start at 20 ns.
