Flash CMOS image sensors are tailored for 3D laser profiling/displacement applications and high-speed, high-resolution inspection. They feature a 6 μm global shutter pixel and are available in a 4k or 2k horizontal resolution, with respective frame rates of 1800 and 1500 fps (8 bits), and respective readout speeds of 61.4 and 25.6 Gbit/s.
