This green laser from Z-Laser offers output powers up to 300mW in a bench-mountable package compatible with M6 and 1/4"-20 breadboards.

This green laser from Z-Laser offers output powers up to 300mW in a bench-mountable package compatible with M6 and 1/4"-20 breadboards. The laser is available in two versions; a standard collimated version and a fiber coupled laser. The internal design of this laser coupled with its smart monitoring capabilities and integrated thermoelectric cooler allows a very high level of stability and small spectral line width. The internal state of the laser can also be monitored by the user via a USB port. Applications include Raman spectroscopy, interferometry, and more.
