Hamamatsu (Bridgewater, NJ) has introduced the C10507-11 series, with a built-in multi-pixel photon counter (MPPC).

Hamamatsu (Bridgewater, NJ) has introduced the C10507-11 series, with a built-in multi-pixel photon counter (MPPC). The highly sensitive C10507-11 module contains an MPPC, a microcomputer, and various circuits for high-voltage power supply, current-to-voltage conversion, comparator, temperature compensation, and counting. Connecting the module to a PC vis the USB 1.1 port power the module and allows easy operation. With a spectral range of 270-900 nm and peak sensitivity at 400 nm, the C10507-11 is ideal for use in fluorescence lifetime measurement, flow cytometry, bioluminescence, chemical analysis, drug discovery, scientific research, and other applications requiring detection of low light levels.
