The MicOS microspectrometer from Horiba Scientific (Edison, NJ) combines a microscope head, a three-gratings imaging spectrometer, and a research-grade scientific camera for photoluminescence, electroluminescence, and photo-reflectance measurements at the microscopic level. The system, controlled by the company's LabSpec software, covers the UV-visible through the near-infrared (200–1600 nm), allowing characterization of biological samples.
