Strategies in Biophotonics event adds five new exhibitors
The Strategies in Biophotonics Conference & Expo, a PennWell event scheduled for September 9-11, 2014, in Boston, MA, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, continues to build momentum with the addition of five new technology exhibitors at their inaugural event: BaySpec, NKT Photonics, Nufern, Tec5 USA, and Vermont Photonics.
The five companies are joining B&W Tek, Laser Components, OFS Optics, and Princeton Instruments as featured exhibitors.

PennWellâs Technology Group senior vice president, Christine Shaw, said, âThe addition of these esteemed companies authenticates the desire for an event that addresses the advancement of photonics technologies for health and medicine. As conference co-chairs, Barbara Goode, editor-in-chief of BioOptics World, and Conard Holton, editor-in-chief of Laser Focus World, are assembling an industry-leading advisory board to develop conference content. So far, the board includes:
