LED light source excites multiple fluorophore types
The X-Cite TETREM four-channel, switchable LED light source streamlines fluorescence microscopy workflows. A smartDIAL control interface enables researchers to manually control multiple channels. Available in two models, XT640S (365-nm DAPI excitation) and XT640L (385-nm DAPI excitation), the light source supports DAPI, FITC, TRITC/mCherry, and Cy5 fluorophore excitation.
