Single-tube flow cytometry assay available
The 20-Color Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Panel is a pre-optimized, single-tube flow cytometry assay for running AML analysis on the company’s Aurora or Northern Lights flow cytometry systems equipped with violet, blue, and red lasers. The panel identifies and characterizes normal and aberrant cells, performs immunophenotyping, and evaluates measurable residual disease (MRD) in AML samples.
