Spectrophotometer features sample-retention technology
The NanoDrop Lite Plus Microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer measures purified DNA, RNA, and protein concentration up to 30 Abs, and calculates A260/A280 and A260/A230 purity ratios. Designed for routine measurements of nucleic acid and protein samples using 1–2 μL, it features sample-retention technology, eliminating the need for dilution of highly concentrated samples.
