The BIO-133 UV-cured polymer has a refractive index of 1.33, designed to eliminate image distortion and minimize cytotoxicity and fluorescence. Suited for use in fluorescence microscopy, it enables diffraction-limited and superresolution imaging, and can be cast into multiple different immobilization/microfluidic setups.
