The VCS20-20-03-MC-01-XYZ is a closed-loop, voice coil-driven XYZ positioning stage. The XY horizontal axis motors have a 50.8 mm stroke, and generate 8.9 N of continuous force and 26.7 N of peak force. The Z-axis motor has a 6.4 mm stroke, and generates 22.3 N of continuous force and 66.8 N of peak force.
