A new series of U.S.-made precision direct-drive positioners, including linear, rotary, and vertical stages, is now available from PI. Linear stages offer travel from 8mm to 1m, bidirectional repeatability to 0.1µm, and velocities to 1 m/sec. All stages feature excellent straightness/flatness and are designed for continuous 24/7 high-precision motion and alignment applications.
