• IRflex to showcase nonlinear mid-infrared fiber at SPIE Photonics West 2016

The IRF-S Series nonlinear mid-infrared (MIR) fiber is made from extra-high-purity chalcogenide arsenic sulfide (As2S3) glass.
    Jan. 25, 2016

The IRF-S Series nonlinear mid-infrared (MIR) fiber is made from extra-high-purity chalcogenide arsenic sulfide (As2S3) glass. The fiber was designed and manufactured to generate and/or guide MIR wavelengths from 1.5 to 6.5 μm with high transmission efficiency and nonlinearities about 100 times that of silica glass fiber. They are offered in bare fiber or cable assembling with connectors.
