Holo/Or to showcase diffractive optical elements at SPIE Photonics West 2015

Jan. 22, 2015
M-Shaper diffractive optical elements (DOEs) create a 2D M-shaped intensity profile, with sharp edges in a specific work plane.

M-Shaper diffractive optical elements (DOEs) create a 2D M-shaped intensity profile, with sharp edges in a specific work plane. The DOEs create a uniform exposure over scanned lines, enabling strong weld seams. The standard versions require a single-mode (TEM00) input beam, but the company can also design and manufacture versions that work with a multimode laser.
