A series of beam splitter diffractive optical elements optimized for a 694 nm ruby laser have efficiency of 70–80%. They are designed for high-power lasers and provide divergence angle accuracy and flexibility in spots array design. They are provided in 8 × 8 p/n MS-446-O-Y-A and 9 × 9 p/n MS-377-O-Y-A versions, with more 1D or 2D arrays available.
