The Exicor® 120AT, Hinds Instruments new birefringence measurement system, includes a bold new look designed with small optics in mind. The new system includes an upgraded stage which can measure samples up to 120 x 100 mm. The 120AT measurement rate is 15 samples/sec at 1mm spacing and the retardation resolution is 0.001 ± 0.02nm.
