With high sensitivity, high speed, and high data rate transmission, Hamamatsu’s InGaAs linear image sensor modules perform reliably in the near-IR for easy image acquisition, transfer, and synchronization. Featuring our top-performing InGaAs image sensor, the module offers sensitivity in the NIR region of 0.95 to 1.7 µm, and reaches a high-speed line rate of 40 klines/s. Transfer data and synchronize with external devices easily.

The Lambda 721 combines 7 separate LED cubes with different spectra into a single common output beam. The LED cubes contain the LED, optics, and a filter. These LED cubes are easily exchanged with no tools required. Each LED cube is collimated before entering the optical path through the filter. The filters also function as mirrors that reflect the collimated beams from the previous light sources.

The P500 is a benchtop digital delay and pulse generator that can generate delays up to 1K seconds in 1 picosecond increments and is capable of a high repetition rate of 14 MHz. Applications include laser timing, pulse picking, ICCD camera systems, ATE systems, and radar testing. Optional OCXO is available for applications requiring extreme accuracy and lowest jitter.
