Ocean Optics to show multispectral camera at SPIE Photonics West 2018
PixelCam multispectral cameras provide imaging of 3-9 spectral bands at video rates. Simultaneous multi-channel “snapshot” acquisition delivers real-time data without scene change or pixel shift. Dichroic filter arrays are integrated into the focal plane array at wafer level to extract spectral information at visible and infrared wavelengths. The cameras can be integrated into handheld, mobile, and aerial cameras, with the same frame rate, size, and power consumption as monochrome cameras.
