CryLaS to showcase DUV laser at SPIE Photonics West 2018

Jan. 23, 2018
The FQCW266-C deep-ultraviolet (DUV) laser emits 10 mW output power at a wavelength of 266 nm.

The FQCW266-C deep-ultraviolet (DUV) laser emits 10 mW output power at a wavelength of 266 nm. The laser has a large coherence length of more than 1000 m, and a narrow line width of <300 kHz. The laser controller can be operated either by local switches or through a serial RS232 and USB interface. The laser is designed for use in photoluminescence, UV Raman spectroscopy, laser-induced fluorescence, and metrology and optics testing, among other uses.
