ASI to showcase light-sheet microscope at SPIE BiOS 2018
The ct-dSPIM light-sheet microscope for selective plane illumination microscopy (SPIM) allows for dual views (d) of large samples such as cleared tissue (ct). The microscope has been successfully used to image various cleared tissue samples, including whole mouse brains and slices of cleared tissue.
