Ximea to showcase USB 3.1 camera at SPIE Photonics West 2017

The xiC USB 3.1 camera is available with a choice between three Sony Pregius CMOS sensors.

The xiC USB 3.1 camera is available with a choice between the Sony Pregius IMX174 CMOS sensor to provide 2.3 Mpixels at 165 frames/s, the IMX252 that offers 3.1 Mpixels at 122 frames/s, or the IMX250 that delivers 5 Mpixels at 76 frames/s. All models have a global shutter, and are able to supply 8-, 10-, or 12-bit high-quality pictures with dynamic range >70 dB and low noise. With dimensions of 26 × 26 × 33 mm, the camera has uses where compact, light cameras that consume very low energy and have low heat dissipation are needed.
