Spectra-Physics to display ultrafast lasers at CLEO:2015
Pumped with the Ascend high-power kilohertz DPSS green lasers, the Spitfire Ace ultrafast amplifiers deliver >8 W in regenerative-only and >16 W in power amplifier (PA) configurations. Alone, the Ascend pump lasers deliver up to >60 W power. Both ultrafast laser systems have uses in advanced research applications, including multidimensional and time-resolved spectroscopy.
