Cybel to showcase thulium-doped fiber amplifiers at CLEO:2015

May 5, 2015
MISTRAL thulium-doped fiber amplifiers have use in amplification of eye-safe light in the 1920–2055 nm wavelength range.

MISTRAL thulium-doped fiber amplifiers have use in amplification of eye-safe light in the 1920–2055 nm wavelength range. The MISTRAL-2051 model is designed for operation around the important CO2 absorption near 2051 nm, and can provide more than 1 W of single transverse mode output power for a 1 mW, single-frequency input at 2051 nm. Standard and polarization-maintaining versions are available.
