Available as a Gold Partner add-in for the SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD environment and based on the company's ASAP kernel technology, APEX is an optical and illumination systems design tool delivering an easy-to-follow workflow in a true CAD interface. With APEX, there is no need to translate, bridge, or link between two seprate programs. Rather, APEX combines the power of SOLIDWORKS geometry modeling with a native suite of optical libraries and advanced analysis tools, allowing engineers of all disciplines to quickly and easily run performance simulations from first concept to final design.
