The SureBlock XLF Series Raman filter system incorporates two SureBlock notch filters in a light-tight, prealigned enclosure. It allows users to access terahertz-regime spectra (300 GHz to 3 THz, or 10–100 cm-1) using a Raman setup with an existing single-stage spectrometer. It gathers chemical and structural information in areas such as nanomaterials, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, explosives, and radioactive materials.

Ondax Raman filter system bridges Raman and THz Spectroscopy
