Sill Optics to show stainless steel beam expanders for UV applications at SPIE Photonics West 2018

Jan. 23, 2018
The company will present stainless steel versions of its commonly available beam expanders.

UV laser light brings many advantages to laser applications via its short wavelength, but this high photon energy does also lead to bleaching of anodized aluminum, resulting in lens damage via the residues. Sill Optics is therefore presenting stainless steel versions of its commonly available beam expanders.
