The ECSz5050 piezo drive has been designed for nanopositioning of high loads, such as detectors or cameras. It offers an orientation independent force of 8 N over a travel range of 8 mm with a footprint of 50 × 50 mm. With utility in lateral motion setups, it can be combined with rotators, goniometers, and linear positioners.
