The PI-MTE in-vacuum x-ray cameras feature high-sensitivity CCDs for use in soft x-ray spectroscopy and imaging applications, including x-ray microscopy, x-ray plasma diagnostics, coherent x-ray diffraction imaging, EUV lithography, and x-ray holography.

The PI-MTE in-vacuum x-ray cameras feature high-sensitivity CCDs for use in soft x-ray spectroscopy and imaging applications, including x-ray microscopy, x-ray plasma diagnostics, coherent x-ray diffraction imaging, EUV lithography, and x-ray holography. Multiple-speed readout capabilities allow researchers to optimize the company's ultra-low-noise and wide-dynamic-range performance for their specific soft x-ray applications. The cameras measure 4.57 × 2.36 × 3.15 in. and weigh 2.5 lbs.
