Lumencor to display hybrid light engines at SPIE Photonics West 2018

Jan. 12, 2018
The Spectra hybrid light engines are spectrally optimized to excite DAPI, CFP, GFP, YFP, Cy3, mCherry, Cy5, and Cy7 fluorophores.

The Spectra hybrid light engines are spectrally optimized to excite DAPI, CFP, GFP, YFP, Cy3, mCherry, Cy5, and Cy7 fluorophores. They deliver 0.5 W optical power per color band out of a standard 3-mm-diameter liquid light guide. The light engines' filtered excitation outputs match well to industry-standard dichroics and emission filters.
