Aerotech ANT95-XY series cross-roller-bearing, direct drive, dual-axis stages allow XY travel in a low profile and compact footprint. Direct-drive has no hysteresis or backlash and enables 5 nm resolution, 50 nm repeatability, and 250 nm accuracy in both the X and Y dimensions. Both travel options (25 mm × 25 mm or 50 mm × 50 mm) come with the 60 mm profile height. Anti-creep cross-roller bearings provide impressive load capacity, high precision, and small incremental moves. This stage offers advantages in high-precision positioning, disk-drive fabrication, fiber alignment, optical delay element actuation, sensor testing, and scanning processes.

Sensitive 400 MHz Photoreceiver

FEMTO Messtechnik GmbH offers the HCA-S-400M series of 400 MHz photoreceivers for fast optical measurements with rise times of 1 ns. Two models with built-in Silicon or InGaAs photodiode cover a spectral range from 320 to 1700 nm.
