Aerotech AMG Series Gimbals


Aerotech AMG series gimbals are used in beam steering, target and star tracking, gyro and inertial sensor testing, and electro-optic calibration of seekers, sensors, and optics. AMG series gimbals are direct-drive to provide high accuracy, no gear vibrations, no gear wear accuracy loss, zero backlash, fast tracking, and low maintenance. Accuracy is to ±5 arc seconds with resolution to 0.13 µrad. Mirror diameters are available up to 600 mm.

Sheaumann Laser offers the first commercially available, hermetically-sealed 2.94µm DPSS laser module. New Air Cooled Fiber-Coupled Diode Laser


The module JOLD-100-CPXF-2P A offers a power of 100 W from a 400 µm (NA 0.22) fiber completely without water or even a TEC, thus simplifying the handling for the user. Standard wavelengths are 808, 880, 915, 938 and 976 nm. It can be used in direct material processing or pumping solid-state and fiber lasers. The beginning of series production is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2009.
