Jan. 15, 2018
The LineCam12 visible-to-shortwave-infrared (visible-SWIR) camera features a high-resolution InGaAs image sensor.

The LineCam12 visible-to-shortwave-infrared (visible-SWIR) camera features a high-resolution InGaAs image sensor with 1024 pixels on 12.5 µm pitch, which is back-thinned and bump-bonded to the company's digital readout integrated circuit (ROIC). The image sensor design has a wide spectral response with a spectral peak at 1.55 µm. The camera outputs 14-bit data on both USB3 for rapid interface to laptops and Camera Link for high frame rates up to 38 kHz.
