ROX Rx series eye-safe rangefinder receivers include the 100 MHz, 200 µm model RVC1-NIAC. It integrates proprietary InGaAs avalanche photodiodes (APDs), custom-designed CMOS integrated circuits, and programmable processing circuits to provide system integration in a TO-8 package. It has 0.5 nW NEP, a linear dynamic range of 25 dB, and a total dynamic range of 70 dB.
