PD-LD adds two new board members

Pennington, NJ--Volume Bragg grating technology developer PD-LD has named Richard J. Capalbo and Uri Abrams as new Board members.

Pennington, NJ--Volume Bragg grating technology developer PD-LD has named Richard J. Capalbo and Uri Abrams as new Board members.

Capalbo is the principal in Richard Capalbo Enterprises LLC, a Los Angeles, CA consulting firm specializing in bringing access to all aspects of the Financial Service Industry to corporations. He had been working with PD-LD’s Executive Management in advisory capacity since 2006. As a new Board of Director at the company, he replaces David Rynne.

Abrams, the president of the company, as a newly appointed Board of Director brings the board’s size to 6 members.
