These compact, active-cooled, and thermoelectric (TE)-cooled semiconductor diode lasers do not contain diode-pumped solid-state frequency-doubled pump cavities. A series of compact, active-cooled, and thermoelectric (TE)-cooled semiconductor diode lasers provide 50 mW output at 520 nm. They do not contain diode-pumped solid-state frequency-doubled pump cavities, allowing for higher efficiency and longer MTTF. They have a single, AR-coated glass adjustable lens with CW or TTL/analog modulation to >1 MHz.
