The MLVS series vertical lift stages feature a wedge design that converts horizontal motion, generated by a ball screw drive, into true vertical elevation of the platform. Precision bearings provide platform stiffness and stability while the ground ball-screw mechanism assures positioning accuracy. Specifications include 5 mm vertical lift, 10 kg load capacity, and 0.5 µm repeatability.
