The hub's aluminum housing is rated NEMA 6 and IP67, enabling Ethernet to be implemented in harsh environments. Measuring 160 mm wide x 120 mm high x 80 mm deep, the Ethernet Repeater comes with two integral power connectors that enable users to connect redundant power supplies for additional production security. The Ethernet Repeater operates in temperatures of -40°C to +70°C.

Modelocked picosecond lasers

New models in a series of ultrafast diode-pumped solid-state laser systems are now available. These compact (47 x 20 x 8.8 cm) modelocked devices have average powers up to 10 W at 1064 nm, 3 W at 532 nm, and 0.5 W at 355nm. Typical pulsewidths of 7 ps and repetition rates in the range of 25 MHz-1 GHz (depending on the model) make these lasers suitable for applications such as materials processing, nonlinear optics, and ultrafast studies.

The WhiteCap Silicone Filter System converts blue LED output to more than 80 white-light outputs formulated to any x-y chromaticity specification. The filter caps deliver high-brightness LED white output at a fraction of the cost of white LEDs. The nonbreakable, highly stable filter caps are available in 3- and 5-mm and surface mount versions. Initially available in most requested colors for immediate delivery, they can be custom formulated to precise color coordinates special order.
