Tiny galvo
The company`s smallest closed-loop high-performance optical scanner can be used for precision size-critical and low-cost scanning. The Model 6200 and 6210 galvanometers are based on a patented position detector technology that allows smaller sizes while maintaining the positioning accuracy and stability. Compared to the company`s previous small galvo, the Model 6200 is half the size, has repeatability improved by a factor of two, and linearity and thermal stability improved by a factor of eight.
