Laser frequency doubler
The Wavetrain High Efficiency is an actively stabilized compact folded ring resonator designed for frequency-doubling light from single-mode CW Ti:sapphire lasers. The frequency-doubler uses a Brewster-cut LBO (or an LiIO3) crystal. Conversions of more than 10% are possible through the tuning range from 600 to 1100 nm. Active cavity-length stabilization allows the ring cavity to follow the single-mode scan u¥to 4000 GHz.
