Mini series interferometers are phase shifting systems that measure form and shape of spherical and flat optics in volume manufacturing. Quantitative measurements eliminate operator variability limits that exist with visual methods of interferogram interpretation. It includes SureScan measurement technology, and it operates without vibration isolation.
