Fiber-coupled laser components from Z-Laser Optoelektronik

A platform of fiber-coupled laser components for integration into industrial and medical products can be supplied with or without housing, with singlemode and multimode fibers and various projection optics. Red, green, blue, and infrared (IR) wavelengths are available with up to 80 mW output. They include digital and concurrent analog modulation up to 100 kHz.

Z-LASER presents a new platform of fiber-coupled laser components for integration into industrial and medical products. Product configurations with or without housing, single-mode and multi-mode fibers and various flavors of high end projection optics are offered.

• Red, green, blue and IR wavelengths available
• Up to 80mW out of the fiber
• Power stability at end of fibre < 1% in steady state (1h)
< 5% over temperature range (1d)
< 15% over entire lifetime
• Single-mode and multi-mode fibers with standard FC/PC connectors
• Compact focusable precision optics: dots, lines, μ-lines (<10 μm; 1/e2)
• Perfect round light distribution for point optics
• Digital and concurrent analog modulation up to 100 kHz
• Unique line uniformity up to < ±5%
• Bore sight accuracy: <10 mrad (stability < 5 μrad/K)
• 4.5-30VDC supply voltage, optionally USB-supplied
• Wide range operation temperature -10°C to 50°C
• I2C and RS-232 communication interfaces, optionally USB and Ethernet.
• Optionally with integrated Peltier cooling.
• Highest degree of functional safety for critical applications.
• Scalable system, support for multi-color applications
