SensL is excited to announce our new M Series 3rd generation Fast Timing silicon photomultiplier which offers ultra fast rise and recovery times and is available in a new 4 side tileable surface mount (SMT) package with industry leading pitch.

In addition to offering Time-of-Flight (TOF) capabilities and improved PDE over our previous detectors the new M Series offers unprecedented price/performance. The new detectors are available now on our eStore and are shipped in less than 48 hours. By leveraging our high volume supply chain and designing for lowest cost the new M Series detectors pricing starts at $20 USD in volume quantities which is a reduction of almost 30% from the previous generation detectors.
