Gage bought by Tektronix

Tektronix (Beaverton, OR) has agreed to acquire Gage Applied Science (Montreal, Canada). This acquisition will allow Tektronix to expand their product portfolio by entering into the high-performance, PC-card-based instrumentation market. Gage currently sells more than 20 different hardware cards. Their products include analog-to-digital signal-generation cards, digital oscilloscope cards, digital input/output cards, and software packages.—Jeff Bairstow
